India-Wales Writers’ Chain: An Evening of Literary Readings Inspired by and from Wales

India-Wales Writers’ Chain is a programme managed by the British Council. It is generously supported by the Welsh Assembly Government’s International Relations Programme. Conceived and developed in close partnership with Wales Arts International, the programme aims to develop a meaningful cultural relationship between Wales and India through literature; to raise the profile of Wales in India through literature initiatives; and to develop sustainable initiatives between organisations in Wales and India with the capacity to continue their engagement together. The programme will run from November 2010 until March 2012.
