Wales Arts International headed over to Santiago de Compostela, 22-26 October to attend WOMEX 14.
The World Music Expo welcomed musicians, producers, venues, managers and labels from all over the world
Trade Fair by day: Showcases by night.
The WOMEX trade fair is a bustling day time event allowing international delegates the time to meet, do business, create and develop networks and contacts. Not only that but the trade fair offers performances ‘day-cases’, conference sessions where a wide variety of music related topics are discussed amongst a panel and the audience, and a selection of jury-chosen films.
Night time at WOMEX can only mean one thing: music. An entire evening of constantly changing music is presented at WOMEX each year. Numerous stages, international acts each and every evening- what more could you want!? WOMEX allows delegates the opportunity to hear music from all over the world in one convenient location.
