Beannachtaí na Féile Pádraig Féile oraibh! Happy St Patrick’s Day.
St Patrick, born Maewyn Succat most probably in Wales, was part of the frequent crossings between the shores of Ireland and Wales. This video shows dancing from the shoreline. Féile Fáilte / Festival of Welcome was a day of dance that Fearghus Ó Conchúir hosted with the team of The Casement Project in 2016. It was a day to celebrate a diversity of bodies in Ireland, to welcome the stranger in us and the stranger from elsewhere.
