Location: This role can be based at any one of the Arts Council of Wales offices in Cardiff, Colwyn Bay or Carmarthen. We are currently working in a hybrid way.
Our benefits include 30 days annual leave, 2.5 privilege days, flexible working hours/pattern, cycle to work scheme and a final salary pension (6%).

About you
We are seeking a forward-thinking, dynamic and experienced Head of People and Culture to support the Director of Finance and Business Services to develop and deliver on a long-term people strategy and organisational development initiative that supports ACW’s strategic objectives and vision. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in organisational development and driving cultural change.
Welsh language
We work in both English and Welsh. Fluency in Welsh (both written and spoken) is desirable but not essential for this post. However, a commitment to learning and speaking Welsh to a standard enabling its use in Council business is essential. Upon appointment we will provide access to Welsh Lessons, training and personal support to help you develop and improve your language skills and to increase your confidence in speaking and writing in Welsh.
