‘Culture Declares Emergency’ is a growing movement of people in arts and culture declaring a climate and ecological emergency. Its members pledge to tell truths, take action and seek justice. CDE has several regional hubs, both across the UK and the world. In this session we’ll have an overview of CDE, and begin exploring what it could mean to establish a hub here in Wales.
